This place was absolutely incredible! The room was spotless and so cozy. The location was super convenient, just a quick walk to the center of town. The breakfast spread was mind-blowing, with so many delicious options. And let's talk about the buffet lunch and dinner.jaw-dropping! The gym was top-notch, with all the equipment I needed for a killer workout. this place exceeded all my expectations and made my stay in unforgettable.

I had a great stay at Chagala Residence. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, giving me good value for my money. The central location was convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
One thing that could have made the morning meal better is if they had more vegetarian options on the breakfast menu.

Loved the surprise of finding out that someone else was already in my room! Also, the slow check-in process is always a thrill. Can't forget the lack of slippers, one key for a double suite, and the unhelpful staff. Great experience overall!
Such a disappointment that the air conditioner didn't work and the shower was a disaster. The hotel really needs to step up its maintenance game.
